North Grove Tech (“we”) runs this website. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit it or contact us. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out our project form, we receive your email, your name and company (if you add them), the services you’re interested in, and your message. If you email us, we receive what you send.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard request details such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to read and reply to your message, schedule a conversation, and, if we work together, prepare a proposal. We don’t use it for automated marketing sequences, and we never sell or rent your information.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, such as which pages are visited and whether the contact form was sent. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and collects data like your approximate location, device, browser, and the pages you view. We don’t use advertising cookies, we don’t sell your information, and we don’t send what you type in the contact form to Google Analytics. You can opt out with your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out add-on. The site also remembers whether you chose light or dark mode in your browser’s local storage, which never leaves your device.
Services we rely on
Our analytics run on Google Analytics, and our project form runs on Google Forms, so what you submit there is stored by Google on our behalf and is also covered by Google’s privacy policy. Our website host processes basic request data only to run the site.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and any record-keeping it requires. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
